New location in true Koco Bino style

You may find this hard to believe… Even our most loyal customers may not be aware of this, Koco Bino opened its doors of its Sandton City store for the first time in 1978. Our success story is 43 years old. Koco Bino was one of the founding stores participating in the initial Sandton City opening, the largest shopping mall in Africa at the time. We are regarded as an institution in the mall.

Over the years we have seen families grow and shared in three generations’ happiness and excitement as they celebrated the arrival of new babies or any other special occasions. We have been part of our customers most special events in life and have been lucky enough to have shared in many South African kids’ milestones… the list is endless, and we at Koco Bino are so proud of our history!

Throughout the years we have kept the look and essence of the original boutique store. Our style and designs are authentic and we have aligned ourselves with the latest trends, but have never neglected the classics. We have, over the years, increased our offering, ensuring that we work with quality, high-end brands and a wider range of sizes and styles. Most notably, we created and “gave birth” to our very own exclusive brand, Koco Bino. This unique label, designed and manufactured in South Africa, is only available from our Sandton retail store or through our online store. Its authentic global appeal never disappoints.

After 43 years, we have decided to relocate!!! In April 2021 you will find a bigger home for our loved brand. This marks a brand-new chapter for us and we are very excited for new beginnings. New spot. New look. Same style. It is time for a full store makeover! We are taking with us our legacy, our authenticity and all our most valued clients. Come with us as we open our doors just around the corner in Sandton City so we can continue our story for at least another few generations to come.

You will find us at shop U86B on level 6, on the strip towards Zara. Koco Bino is growing up and this will be a dream for us.
