Our V&A Waterfront Team: Style Experts with a Passion for Dressing Little Ones Beautifully

Leading the team is Emile Arnold, our experienced and visionary Store Manager. With a strong background in luxury retail, Emile brings not only leadership but purpose to our V&A Waterfront store. “I joined Koco Bino to use my luxury retail experience to lead a team that delivers top service and makes us the go-to kids’ store for stylish, affordable fashion.” Thanks to Emile’s guidance, the store continues to thrive with both elegance and excellence.

 

 

Gracie, our Assistant Manager and resident fashion grad, joined full-time in July 2024 after falling in love with the Koco Bino brand during her part-time role. “The attention to detail, the craftsmanship, the beautifully merchandised rails—it’s like stepping into a dream every day,” she says. Her current faves? The white tweed dress with a soft pink top and beret, and the magical gold butterfly occasion dress with a matching fur cape.

 

 

Angelique, a newer face at the store, brings instant joy and kindness to every family who walks through the door. “The best part of my job is putting a smile on the faces of the little ones,” she says. Her favourite outfit is a beautiful pairing: the Kelly dress or Kelly romper, matched with the Isabella coat and Kelly headband—a truly timeless and adorable combination.

 

 

Danielle began her journey at Koco Bino as a part-timer and is now proudly full-time.”Above all, I love working with this amazing group of girls; together, we’re passionate about helping every customer who walks through the door,” she shares. Her go-to outfit is the Neo tracksuit in black, paired with the Mark long sleeve T-shirt and Mark scarf. The outfit is soft, stylish, suitable for casual and formal looks, sized from 3–6 months to 7–8 years.

 

 

Kauthar joined the team in February as a part-timer and is now a full-time member of the Koco Bino family. “This was my first time being exposed to high-end fashion, and it’s been an absolute blast,” she says. “We’re a close-knit family of Koco Binnions!” Her all-time favourite pieces? The Dean chinos, styled with one of Koco Bino’s unique shirts. Add a waistcoat or blazer to elevate the look—our boys’ range goes beyond ordinary, it’s truly extraordinary.

Silethiwe, our outgoing weekend fashion advisor, is full of energy and passion. “Naturally, as an extrovert, I find it easy to engage with customers, and I truly enjoy every interaction,” she says. With a strong grasp of the retail industry, she thrives in helping parents find fashionable, high-quality clothing. “Our local brand offers unique, stylish pieces for parents who want only the best for their little ones.”
