Beautiful store with an awesome range of kids' clothing and nursery decor. The location in the Waterfront is great, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. Their nautical-themed pieces are just too cute to resist! Definitely worth a visit if you're shopping for little ones

I am honestly still blown away by the absolutely phenomenal custom experience I had with Koco Bino at the V&A Waterfront and it’s all thanks to the incredible Emile Arnold. I was at koco bino this month March 2026.
From the very first moment, the level of care, attention to detail, and genuine passion for customer satisfaction was on another level entirely. Emile didn’t just assist me, he truly understood exactly what I wanted (even better than I could explain it myself!) and brought it to life in the most seamless, professional, and thoughtful way.
The entire experience felt personal, luxurious, and effortless. Every little detail was handled with such precision and pride, and I felt valued, heard, and completely taken care of throughout. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a lasting impression, but this was truly unforgettable.

What a lovely service!! There was a young lady who helped me through my distress trying to find the perfect gift for my nephew. I was at the verge of losing my mind. Grace! That’s the name. Beautiful in and out. That’s what we call great costumer service. I need more stars, 5 is not enough!

I bought a jacket for my baby there the other day and it turned out to be a bad fit. When I came to return it I was told they don’t accept returns just store credit. I understand the policy but if I was aware of such policy at the time of purchase I would think twice about it. I now upset that I was not notify of it and I will not return.

This is one of my favourite stores since my granddaughter was born I have been buying since she was a new born now my granddaughter is 5 years. Absolutely stunning❤️🤍the service was excellent. I used to buy clothes there for my kids there. My daughter is now 18 and son 12, I have been blessed with amazing nieces and the style and quality remains the best.
